Job Summary: Responsible for verifying, organizing, monitoring, and reporting on invoices to ensure compliance and efficiency in the payment process. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed verification and organization of invoices 2. Ensuring tax compliance and process optimization 3. Analysis of non-conformities and proposal of solutions 1\. Perform detailed verification of received invoices, ensuring all information is correct and complete; 2\. Check data such as CNPJ, product/service descriptions, amounts, taxes, and payment terms. 3\. Identify and correct potential errors or inconsistencies in invoices before proceeding with the payment process; 4\. Maintain an organized system for querying and controlling all received and issued invoices; 5\. Systematically record and archive invoices to facilitate traceability and document retrieval when needed; 6\. Monitor the status of invoices from receipt through settlement, ensuring adherence to established deadlines; 7\. Prepare detailed monthly reports on invoices, highlighting those that are compliant and non-compliant; 8\. Analyze non-compliant invoices, identify root causes of non-conformities, and propose solutions to prevent recurrence; 9\. Initiate the payment process for compliant invoices, ensuring all required approvals are obtained; 10\. Classify and identify different types of invoices (e.g., NF\-e, NFS\-e, input invoice, output invoice) according to transaction nature; 11\. Stay updated on tax and fiscal regulations, ensuring all invoices are issued and received in accordance with current legislation; 12\. Train team members on correct identification and handling of various invoice types to promote compliance and process efficiency; 13\. Perform duties in accordance with Unilever’s internal policies on health, safety, environment, and quality; 14\. Report factory accidents and incidents per Unilever’s internal policy.
