**City:** Silvania**State:** Goiás (BR\-GO)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Request Number:** 42078 * Support activities related to the Training and Development Plan, contributing to improving employees' professional performance and consequently achieving results for the company, in accordance with established corporate guidelines. * Assist in preparing headcount controls, updating entries, exits, transfers, substitutions, promotions, and others, presenting and managing human resources according to the unit's staffing schedule and budget. * Participate in controlling services provided by third parties involving Human Resources, such as meal vouchers, food vouchers, and others, as well as perform payment controls to HR service providers, verifying records and ensuring compliance with the established budget. * Keep updated procedures regarding requests and provision of benefits, as well as monitor and control related contracts, perform payments and accounting entries, verify, analyze, and resolve pending issues, assess the quality of services provided by third parties, and assist employees with questions, complaints, and needs, in accordance with defined policies and applicable legislation. Review tasks inherent to labor routines, such as: payroll, vacations, contract termination, union homologations, internship administration, among others. * Perform registration updates (inclusion, deletion, data changes, etc.), verifying all necessary data and forwarding them to payroll, including data for recordkeeping, employee documentation, and granting company benefits. * Conduct verification and monitoring of the payroll, regarding the recording of reported items and subsequent submission for processing. * Control and monitor the execution of hiring and termination routines. * Perform document filing routines and update employee registration data by collecting, verifying, and archiving documents and correctly entering their registration information into the system. * Ensure timely delivery of documents and benefits to employees within established deadlines. * Manage the electronic time clock at the unit, checking the release or cancellation of employee access according to defined policy, as well as validating time records and closing electronic time clock hours, reviewing regular hours, overtime, pending issues, absences, delays, and others, aiming at accurate inclusion in the payroll and compliance with related legislation. * Verify and control vacation processes, including scheduling periods, checking and validating information, and ensuring correct registration in the payroll system. * Assist employees, clarifying doubts about Human Resources policies and practices. * Participate in developing human resources management indicators by gathering and consolidating relevant information for the area, as well as updating the visual management board. Support talent acquisition processes by providing support for their implementation at the unit, assisting in position analysis, internal announcements, internal follow-ups, and other related activities. * Control and monitor events held at the Unit by using available internal communication channels to ensure employees' access to all matters of collective interest. Participate in necessary activities for hiring and terminating temporary workforce contracts by verifying and submitting registration, attendance, and payment data to the company responsible for hiring, aiming to maintain process compliance. * Monitor cases involving job role changes, promotions, transfers, schedule changes, and any movement affecting salary adjustments, observing applicable rules and procedures, aiming to support decision-making on these matters and maintaining internal balance according to company procedures. Support, within their area of responsibility, the implementation and maintenance of human resources projects. * Support and participate in all human resources actions, providing assistance in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, onboarding programs, performance management, hiring, dismissals, compensation, job classifications and promotions, restructuring programs, labor guidance, legislation, and employee follow-up. * Support corporate organizational development processes, performance evaluations, competency assessments, organizational climate surveys, talent retention, career development, recognition initiatives, analyzing and verifying needs and their implementation. * Support the implementation of training processes, participating in identifying and qualifying manpower across various levels of technical complexity. * Provide all logistical arrangements and material requirements for training sessions at the unit, verifying content, preparing schedules, equipment, rooms, and other resources to meet defined programs. * Support the implementation of Employee Engagement Survey action plans by monitoring planned actions and their execution to ensure improvement opportunities are carried out and foster a positive work environment among unit employees. * Support continuous education projects by assisting professionals with requests, evaluating them with managers, forwarding them to corporate, implementing, and monitoring execution. * Support the implementation of Performance Appraisals by providing assistance, tracking, and results for composing talent management plans, compensation, and other related initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Generalist experience with HR rules and procedures: labor legislation, HR metrics and indicators, personnel department, HR operations, recruitment and selection. * Availability for travel.
