Maintenance Mechanic II - Rio Verde/GO

While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore vacancies posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance services of low and medium complexity, assembling and disassembling machines and equipment, assemblies and sub-assemblies, repairing or replacing parts and components, performing lubrication, adjustments, and calibrations according to specifications for each machine, using appropriate tools and instruments. * Carry out maintenance activities according to predefined procedures in service orders, as well as accurately record all performed services, anomalies identified, and properly release service orders for closure in the maintenance system. * Conduct preventive and predictive inspections, following procedures and using appropriate tools for each inspection, identifying equipment failures and requesting corrective actions. * Ensure organization and cleanliness at work sites, maintenance workshops, properly dispose of waste, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. * Use maintenance tools and instruments correctly and responsibly, ensuring their availability, integrity, and preservation. * Ensure the physical safety and security of employees, as well as product safety during maintenance, machines, and equipment, through observation and compliance with occupational safety regulations. * Perform, if assigned, lubrication of machines and equipment using the appropriate lubricant (greases and oils) specified. * Assist in executing preparation and adjustment services for machines and equipment, detecting defects such as leaks, looseness, worn or loose parts, performing necessary part replacements and adjustments. * Assist, if designated, in various welding tasks on different parts and instruments when required. * Assist, when necessary, in performing various building maintenance services such as carpentry, metalwork, and painting. * Ensure the physical safety and security of employees, as well as product safety during maintenance, machines, and equipment, through observation and compliance with occupational safety regulations. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures by participating in lectures and training sessions, using PPE, properly handling machines and equipment, among others. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards and procedures, respecting and following established standards and/or technical regulations. **Requirements** * High school diploma; * Technical degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering; * Willingness to travel; * Experience in industrial maintenance; * Experience in warehouse maintenance is a plus; **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance * Meal allowance (On-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private pension plan (BungePrev plan with company contribution) * Life insurance * Transportation allowance (Transportation voucher or parking or shuttle service) * Pharmacy discount program * Childcare assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months) * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) (Based on achievement of goals and results) * "Count on us" Program — Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents.
