Assist in the operation of water and wastewater treatment plants according to established procedures, ensuring work quality and compliance with safety regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in operating water and wastewater treatment plants of small, medium, large scale, and varying complexity. * Assist in operating water and wastewater treatment plants, including collecting laboratory samples and performing necessary system maintenance. * Assist in operating wastewater lift stations, ensuring proper functionality and requesting maintenance when required. * Assist in operating/monitoring wells and hydraulic barriers to ensure adequate water production while protecting aquifers. * Prepare chemical solutions for dosing and application in water and wastewater treatment systems. * Operate vehicles used for work activities efficiently and safely. * Read flow meters to monitor water/wastewater inflow into treatment systems and subsequent discharge. * Prepare chemicals used in treatment processes, focusing on solution preparation and accurate dosing. * Separate/segregate waste for proper disposal according to company guidelines on selective collection. * Maintain custody, preservation, and upkeep of equipment used in daily operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma (preferred) 1 year of relevant experience NR 35 and NR 33 certifications ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
