Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access control, with a focus on diagnosis and problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of service orders for electronic security systems 2. Diagnosis and resolution of issues in alarm systems, CCTV, and electric fences 3. Installation and programming of alarm control panels and remote access on DVRs **Technical Activities Summary – Maintenance and Installation of Electronic Security Systems** **\-**A professional responsible for executing service orders (SO) related to the installation and corrective and preventive maintenance of electronic security systems, such as alarms, surveillance cameras (CCTV), electric fences, and access control. Conducting precise diagnostics and resolving technical issues based on root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of failures. **\-**Performs detailed visual inspections of customer installations to anticipate failures and identify defects indicated in service orders. After diagnosis, conducts functional tests and performs necessary repairs on alarm control panels, CCTV modules, and electric fence systems. **\-**Possesses technical expertise in installing and programming alarm control panels, as well as delivering and providing final system orientation to customers. Performs remote access programming on DVRs from Intelbras and Hikvision brands, ensuring full functionality of remote monitoring systems. \-Responsible for the proper storage, use, and maintenance of equipment and materials provided by the company. \-Additionally, possesses technical capability to prepare reports and assessments, proposing technical solutions to optimize installation and maintenance processes.
