Focus on optimal cost-effectiveness, delivery timelines, and quality **Position available for the procurement department.** If you are organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, Astran is the right place for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Procure materials and services required for internal operations of the insurance company and for external service workshops. * Prospect, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners. * Request, analyze, and compare quotations to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness, delivery timelines, and quality. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process until delivery or service completion. * Manage contracts, deadlines, SLAs, and supplier service levels. * Support inventory management and fulfill internal departmental requirements. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and company regulations. * Prepare procurement reports, performance indicators, and cost analyses. **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics. * Experience with procurement and relationship management involving service workshops or external service providers is preferred. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques, cost analysis, and supplier management. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel. **Benefits** * On-site meals. * Transportation allowance with no employee deduction. * Career development plan. * Health insurance. * Dental insurance. * Partnerships with universities. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 17:48** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 \- R$2.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
