Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for handling order scheduling from bases and clients, ensuring accuracy in fulfillment, generating orders for picking, and supporting the responsible team, guaranteeing efficiency and precision in logistics operations; * Responsible for checking docks to accommodate separated loads, ensuring organization, monitoring the optimizer via SAP, tracking order flow, and performing sample picking as needed, ensuring efficiency and organization in logistics operations; * Responsible for executing the damaged goods disposal process according to established standards, printing and reprinting product identification labels, and updating load capacity information, maintaining accurate records; * Responsible for performing order billing and issuing invoices, monitoring the logistics timeline to ensure deadlines are met, closing freight manifests and issuing correction letters when necessary, as well as sorting invoices and manifests, ensuring compliance in logistics operations; * Responsible for verifying carrier volumes and documentation, ensuring accuracy, requesting and issuing PIN receipts according to guidelines, as well as processing payments and issuing required guides for logistics operations; * Responsible for performing administrative and operational support tasks, providing and receiving information regarding products and services, assisting in data collection that feeds internal systems and procedures, completing internal procedure documentation, and executing processes in the SAP system; * Responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of equipment and work areas, while working in compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring a safe and productive environment for logistics operations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School; * Knowledge of Office Suite, SAP, Logistics Planning, Inventory Control. **Additional information** * A technical test may be applied during the process, depending on the area's needs; * Location: CD Vila Velha/ES; * Working hours: 09:00–12:00 / 13:00–18:48; * Work mode: 100% On-site.
