TECHNICAL CLEANING APPRENTICE

Description

Job Summary: Assist in general area cleaning, including waste collection, surface cleaning, and restocking supplies, as well as organizing products and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in the cleaning of various areas and surfaces. 2. Responsible for organizing cleaning products and equipment. 3. Collaborating in the management of personal protective equipment. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Assist in general area cleaning by: collecting common and recyclable waste internally, except biological waste requiring airborne and contact precautions; * Assisting in cleaning bathrooms, glass surfaces, horizontal and vertical surfaces such as tables, countertops, walls, ceilings, curtains, blinds, and windows—sweeping and washing to maintain clean and organized areas; * Assisting in cleaning and refilling soap dispensers, toilet paper holders, and other products in containers, replenishing supplies as needed; * Refilling and programming the washing machine to keep cloths and mops clean; * Organizing boxes containing personal protective equipment (PPE) kits and assisting in completing staff records for the department; * Organizing the inventory of cleaning products and equipment, as well as assisting in sorting and distributing materials for cleaning tasks; * Organizing the functional trolley and/or basket according to company-established standards; * Assisting in verifying product identification and expiration labels per company standards; * Performing related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** Apprenticeship
