Job Summary: A professional responsible for collecting and moving goods, operating forklifts, and supporting warehouse and operational activities. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory verification, picking, and replenishment Job Responsibilities: * Collect merchandise data using a Radio Frequency (RF) device before moving items within the warehouse. * Check forklift functionality by completing the full daily checklist and request maintenance when necessary. . Pick respective merchandise for orders using printed pick lists or data collectors, referencing storage location, SKU (product code), batch number, expiration date, and requested quantity on the order or replenishment list, using appropriate equipment. * Support the department manager in other related operational tasks. * Perform merchandise verification according to procedures and work instructions. * Standardize loads (re-palletizing, labeling of packages, *stretch wrapping* of pallets). * Conduct inventory counts and move merchandise using forklifts. * Handle various types of received materials by verifying internal documentation and transporting them to designated warehouse locations. * Record order completion in internal control systems. * Replenish stock via internal movement of materials among areas (e.g., macrostock, warehouse, etc.). * Participate in inventory activities, moving merchandise using forklifts. * Check the forklift battery charge level daily and perform water top-up, recharging, or battery replacement as needed. * Inspect forklift safety and operational components and request maintenance when necessary. * Replace forklift load forks when handling cargo with non-standard dimensions. * Comply with environmental preservation, occupational health, and safety regulations and procedures. . Maintain company-provided equipment and materials used in performing job duties.
