




* Interdisciplinary intervention in the accompaniment of accommodated women. * Promotion of well-being, autonomy, and individualized care. * Conducting initial interviews and identifying needs. * Development of the Individual Education Plan. * Continuous pedagogical accompaniment. * Support for social reintegration: schooling, vocational training, and employability. * Coordination with local service networks and participation in case studies. * Documentation of progress, reports, and referrals. * Participation in meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities. * Collaboration in organizing services and related materials. **Requirement:** Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy Desirable: * Experience in services targeting individuals with needs arising from alcohol and other drug use **or** in contexts of social vulnerability * Knowledge of the **SUS** (Unified Health System) and **SUAS** (Unified Social Assistance System) networks. * Ability to work effectively in teams and manage conflicts. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
