Responsibilities and Duties: * Maintain daily production output at 98% of established standards. * Ensure full traceability for each batch, with 100% compliant documentation. * Reduce quality incidents by 15% in the first semester. * Contribute to optimizing palletizing time, achieving a 10% improvement. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and propose at least two suggestions per month.
