Description:
Required Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields.

As a Planning Engineer, you will:
* Serve as the Leader of the project/construction planning team.
* Attend handover meetings for each new project; develop coordination guidelines.
* Be responsible for planning, scheduling, measurement, and control.
* Manage the development, monitoring, and updating of project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
* Generate and monitor the project's S-Curves — Physical/Financial — and track their progress.
* Develop the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and monitor the project histogram.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop the EVA (Earned Value Analysis), a document used to monitor the project’s financial performance.
* Be responsible for preparing and finalizing Measurement Reports together with Project Managers for submission to the client.
* Monitor updates to document lists and pending items.
* Conduct weekly, biweekly, or monthly progress meetings with technical staff, managers, and clients.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager on matters related to physical, economic, and financial performance of contracts.
* Monitor departmental control requirements, including contract adjustments, project indicators, and project status reports.
