




**HR Assistant** The **HR Assistant** is responsible for carrying out and supporting all administrative routines related to personnel management, ensuring compliance with the company's labor, social security, and union obligations. **Main responsibilities:** * Carry out **hiring and termination processes** for employees, including document verification; * Manage the issuance control of admission, periodic, and termination ASO (Occupational Health Certificate); * Perform **recording and monitoring of electronic timekeeping**, checking inconsistencies and assisting in the calculation of overtime, absences, and delays; * Support **payroll processing**, sending data to accounting and verifying information; * Administer **vacations, benefits, and leaves** (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plans, INSS, FGTS, among others); * Maintain updated **employee records and labor documentation**; * Provide **employee support** to clarify questions regarding payroll, benefits, and internal procedures; * Assist in **labor audits and inspections** and in initiatives to improve internal departmental processes. **Desirable Requirements:** * **Organization and attention to detail** – essential for handling deadlines and documents. * **Discretion and professional ethics** – the role involves handling confidential employee data. * **Clear communication** – to guide employees and interact with other departments. * **Proactivity** – anticipate problems and ensure compliance with legal obligations. * **Teamwork** – collaborate with HR, accounting, and managers. * **Time management** – meet payroll, hiring, and legal compliance deadlines. * **Flexibility and adaptability** – deal with changes in legislation and routines.
