Job Description: * Responsible for cleaning and/or sanitizing hotel rooms and apartments, following safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols; * Uses appropriate PPE (gloves, apron, mask, shoes) and configures cleaning carts with linens and cleaning kits; * Receives daily instructions from leadership and reports corrective maintenance needs; * Room/apartment interventions include making beds, changing linens, replenishing supplies, identifying laundry departures, and sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash bins, and cleaning bathrooms; * Floor cleaning is performed by sweeping or vacuuming, focusing on floor corridors; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the area of responsibility, delivered via e-learning, in-person sessions, or as directed by management.
