Time Study Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in the garment/footwear industry, knowledge of time study analysis, productivity, and Lean tools. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work environment Prior experience in the garment or footwear industry is mandatory. Basic knowledge of time study analysis (times and methods). Intermediate Excel skills (tables, formulas, charts). Understanding of productivity, efficiency, and waste. Ability to read and interpret production processes. Previous experience on the shop floor or academic projects in this field. Basic knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.). Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or layout software (desirable). Technical education (completed or in progress) in Production or related fields, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, or similar disciplines.
