PCP Supervisor (Production Planning and Control)

Job Summary: An experienced PCP professional, preferably from the metallurgical industry, to manage teams and handle the issuance and tracking of Manufacturing Orders, collect production data, and define manufacturing deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. PCP experience, preferably in the metallurgical industry 2. Team management and production monitoring 3. Creation of production charts and reports Prior experience in this role is required, preferably in the metallurgical industry. Team management. Strong expertise in issuing Manufacturing Orders (MOs) containing part dimensions and data; forwarding MOs to production; monitoring part production to ensure compliance with MO specifications; daily collection of production data; defining part manufacturing deadlines; tracking and distributing production reporting via system; creating charts and reports summarizing daily production results. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Starting salary: BRL 5,000.00 to 6,000.00 per month, negotiable based on experience. Must reside in Novo Hamburgo or, at most, in neighboring cities.
