Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Management Processes, or related fields Courses focused on legal controller functions will be considered an advantage Experience as a legal controller assistant in a law firm Proficiency in electronic case processing, deadline calculation, case handling, and official publications is required; experience drafting payment slips and reading court notifications (with high volume of tasks) is considered a plus Candidates interested in building a career in Legal Controller functions will be prioritized Familiarity with electronic case management systems is required; experience navigating court websites is considered a plus Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Analytical, organized, proactive, responsible, task-focused, competent in verbal and written communication, collaborative, and skilled in time management.
