**Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Provide in-person or telephone customer service and/or reception for beneficiaries and/or cooperative members;
* Practice empathetic listening during each service interaction, whether directed toward external and/or internal audiences;
* Guide and promote, when possible, installation of the Unimed Porto Alegre digital platform access application for beneficiaries;
* Inform beneficiaries about the accredited network, usage according to their contracted plan, as well as about Viver Bem Workshops and Courses;
* Identify the need for wristband use/issuance bearing beneficiary identification and/or indicating "Fall Risk";
* Update medical appointment schedules by identifying beneficiaries absent on the scheduled date for medical consultations, procedures, or hospitalizations;
* Reschedule medical appointments and manage related processes;
* Open patient records for elective and/or urgent medical consultations, surgical procedures, or hospitalizations, as well as update beneficiary registration data;
* Identify and flag discrepancies and/or inaccuracies in appointment, procedure, and hospitalization schedules;
* Authorize, register, schedule, verify, and deliver requests related to consultations, therapy sessions, exams, procedures, or hospitalizations, as well as related administrative processes;
* Record/bill self-generated exams when necessary (contingency process).
* Archive and organize consent forms, patient records, requisitions, medical prescriptions, brochures, activity boards, and exams relevant to your area of responsibility;
* Document incidents and/or occurrences, as well as shift handovers related to customer service.
* Conduct office supply inventory for the unit and monitor receipt of supplies.
* Monitor and respond to customer requests submitted via CRM (Customer Relationship Management\- Customer Relationship Management system).
* Enter service-related information into designated systems, as well as perform other required administrative routines.
* Perform duties in compliance with biosafety and infection control best practices, standards, and procedures.
* Record and disseminate routines aligned with quality and patient safety culture.
* Offer customers the opportunity to complete satisfaction surveys.
* Monitor and replenish office supplies at service stations as needed.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Required for This Position:**
* Completed High School.
**Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing Technical or Higher Education (preferred).
* Experience in customer service.
