Strategic negotiation with suppliers and market monitoring **Job Mission** Work in the Procurement area, conducting quotations, analyses, and negotiations with suppliers, as well as monitoring market data, sales, and competition, aiming to ensure optimal commercial terms, product quality, and competitiveness of the product mix, thereby contributing to sales growth. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations, analyses, negotiations, and supplier selection, ensuring optimal commercial terms and product quality while considering cost-effectiveness. * Monitor market data to identify opportunities and optimize the product mix, contributing to sales growth. * Analyze inventory turnover indicators and propose purchase orders according to sales plan requirements. * Develop, propose, and analyze promotional activities jointly with suppliers, branches, and e-commerce. * Lead freight negotiations to secure better commercial terms and reduce costs, when necessary. * Develop and monitor departmental performance indicators, identifying opportunities for process improvement. * Issue purchase orders and track orders to ensure on-time delivery. * Monitor supplier performance to ensure service levels, delivery timelines, and supply quality. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in Procurement. ### **Basic Requirements** * Knowledge of the refrigeration market. * Knowledge of negotiation strategies and techniques. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
