Join our team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop plans for implementing pricing strategies for Grupo RBS products; * Ensure process execution involving all relevant departments, identifying improvements in processes and/or systems; * Identify strategic customer groups for plan implementation; * Monitor area performance indicators and ongoing plans; * Present and defend projects to the sales team; * Align and negotiate with other departments to enable deliveries; * Identify business partners. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed degree in Business Administration, Advertising and Marketing, Production Engineering or related fields; * Postgraduate studies and extension courses are desirable; * Strategic, agile, proactive, organized and creative profile; * Systemic vision; * Self-management skills; * Ability to interact with different departments; * Affinity with sales area; * Proficiency in PPT, Word and Excel; * Storytelling ability; * Ability to present and convincingly defend projects before the sales team. **Additional information** **The application deadline for internal candidates is until 11/24/2025.** RBS is made up of people.
