Provide courteous guest service with a focus on efficiency and satisfaction **Position: Floor Supervisor – Hotel** We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with experience in hospitality to work as a Floor Supervisor, ensuring excellence in cleaning, organization, and guest service. Responsibilities * Supervise housekeeping staff and assistants; * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and standardization of guest rooms and common areas; * Conduct daily room inspections; * Manage linens, cleaning supplies, and replenishment items; * Monitor staff schedules, productivity, and performance; * Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and needs; * Ensure compliance with hotel quality and hygiene standards. Requirements * Prior experience in this role or in hotel housekeeping; * Leadership and strong communication skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Flexible availability for various shifts; * Familiarity with hospitality routines is a plus.
