We are looking for an infrastructure analyst to join Renner S.A.'s team, working from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor cloud infrastructure and services (Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud OCI), ensuring availability and basic functionality. * Perform routine maintenance and support activities in cloud environments, following established procedures. * Conduct initial analysis of infrastructure- and network-related incidents, escalating as necessary. * Support the execution of backup, restore, and environment integrity verification tasks. * Assist in basic cloud resource configuration and application of updates as directed. * Collaborate with network and security teams to resolve simple issues. * Document procedures and maintain up-to-date records of performed activities. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support. * Basic knowledge of cloud environments (Azure and Oracle OCI). * Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). * Experience with monitoring tools is a plus. **Preferred qualifications:** * Entry-level cloud certifications (Azure Fundamentals, Oracle Cloud Foundations) will be considered a plus. * Basic knowledge of automation (PowerShell, Shell Script). **Additional information** **\*Internal applications until 12/07\*** Real-world challenges.
