We seek engaged individuals eager to learn—if this interests you, click our link and apply now. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate manual/conventional/automatic machines and equipment in production processes to manufacture and/or assemble components/products, following scheduled planning and performing defined records with a focus on quality, delivery time, cost, and continuous improvement; * Monitor productivity, quantity, and quality of assembled and/or manufactured parts according to production orders and established guidelines; * Track performance indicators within your area of responsibility to propose improvements in productivity metrics and report discrepancies to your supervisor; * Perform tasks and activities in production processes as scheduled and per defined instructions, focusing on quality, delivery time, cost, and continuous improvement; * Ensure proper use and maintenance of available resources (machines, equipment, tools, uniforms, PPE, etc.), while keeping your workplace clean and organized in compliance with Safety Regulations and Quality Management System requirements, adhering to defined practices and routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Training in Machine Tool Operation or Proven Experience * Basic education or one year of experience in the role. **Additional Information** Second shift: 2:20 PM to 10:35 PM WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY.
