Providing operational support and liaising with external agents Description: * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability * Basic to intermediate English or Spanish * Basic knowledge of import processes * Familiarity with import documentation and Incoterms * Attention to detail and sense of urgency * Organization and accountability * Teamwork * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and concurrent processes * Submit documentation for foreign exchange settlement * Review the Import Declaration (DI) and prepare the system for issuing the Import Tax Invoice (NF de Importação) * Analyze financial statements and reconcile accounts with customs brokers * Review Transport Control Documents (CTEs), daily allowances, local fees, and demurrage charges for payment * Monitor trucks and containers en route * Assist the finance department with potential DDA (Direct Debit Authorization) requests * Support the opening and monitoring of procedures with customs brokers * Update systems and spreadsheets used to track import processes * Track arrival deadlines, customs clearance, and cargo release * Maintain contact with freight forwarders, transport companies, and customs brokers * Provide support to the import analyst/coordinator in daily operational tasks * Archive and maintain documents in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements 2512180202551924924
