Job Summary: Perform technical cleaning and maintenance of industrial areas, including structures, equipment, and production environments, in compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Proper collection and disposal of industrial waste **Responsibilities:** * Perform technical cleaning and maintenance of industrial areas, including structures, equipment, and production environments; * Carry out high-altitude cleaning, following applicable safety procedures and regulations; * Clean industrial fans, rapid-rolling doors, gates, pipelines, and metal structures; * Clean industrial glass, façades, sidewalks, and external areas; * Remove dirt, waste, and debris from factory areas, ensuring environmental organization and preservation; * Use specific cleaning equipment and products as directed and required for the task; * Collect and dispose of industrial waste appropriately, in accordance with environmental regulations; * Strictly comply with occupational safety standards, especially for high-altitude and industrial area activities; * Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Follow operational procedures and supervision instructions to carry out tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that enhance the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
