CO-CREATION, RESEARCH, AND EXPERIMENTATION: * Conduct advanced user research (in-depth interviews, testing complex hypotheses, ethnographic studies) and lead experimentation with new techniques (e.g., lean UX, dual-track agile, jobs-to-be-done), adapting them to the cooperative context. * Facilitate co-creation and ideation workshops with business, technology, clients, and other stakeholders to solve complex problems. * Systematize learnings, document, and actively disseminate success case studies and research insights in knowledge repositories and internal forums.
