We operate in the development of digital solutions (web, mobile, BI, RPA, among others), with offices in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte, and the USA. **Opportunity Overview:** * We are seeking a Senior UX Designer who will work through GX2 for an important client in the healthcare sector. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Understand the company's mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, complying with established standards in order to contribute to achieving set goals, sustainable development, and improved service to internal and external customers. * Monitor and support compliance with inherent policies and processes, aiming to strengthen organizational culture. * Pursue continuous improvement and ensure the quality of services and processes within their area of responsibility. * Stay updated on trends within their field of expertise, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Participate in internal and external training sessions, following guidance or requests from immediate supervisors. * Maintain a positive work environment by adhering to organizational and coexistence rules. * Carry out activities in accordance with the company’s good practices, standards, and procedures. * Promote and share knowledge and best practices within the area. * Document and disseminate routines aligned with quality culture. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed by superiors. **Required skills:** ADVANCED DESIGN AND INTERFACE: * Propose, conceptualize, and execute high-complexity visual and interaction solutions based on strategic objectives, research data, and design trends. * Lead the evolution and maintenance of the design system with the team, proposing new components, patterns, and guidelines. * Ensure visual excellence, usability, and scalable user experience in products, actively promoting the application of accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design principles throughout all project phases. CO-CREATION, RESEARCH, AND EXPERIMENTATION: * Conduct advanced user research (in-depth interviews, testing complex hypotheses, ethnographic studies) and lead experimentation with new techniques (e.g., lean UX, dual-track agile, jobs-to-be-done), adapting them to the cooperative context. * Facilitate co-creation and ideation workshops with business, technology, clients, and other stakeholders to solve complex problems. * Systematize learnings, document, and actively disseminate success case studies and research insights in knowledge repositories and internal forums. COLLABORATION AND AGILE METHODS: * Actively participate in agile rituals as a design reference, influencing roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product strategy. * Articulate and advocate the experience vision across departments, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment. * Co-mentor and guide less experienced designers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
