With operations across multiple locations, we seek professionals who value quality, consistency, and teamwork, and who wish to grow within a structured, dynamic environment focused on high standards of delivery. **Job Objective** Responsible for preparing, assembling, and finalizing cold dishes, ensuring quality standards, freshness, organization, and presentation aligned with the restaurant’s level. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare salads, antipasti, cold appetizers, and side dishes. * Perform cutting, sanitation, and portioning of ingredients. * Assemble and finish dishes with attention to aesthetics and standardization. * Monitor freshness, expiration dates, and proper food storage. * Organize the cold station mise en place before and during service. * Ensure compliance with technical sheets and house standards. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene at the workstation. * Support waste control and correct use of ingredients. * Follow food safety regulations. **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role or in cold stations. * Basic knowledge of cutting techniques, food handling, and preservation. * Attention to detail and presentation standards. * Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
