You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure and artificial intelligence models that support the company’s products and automations. Your scope includes collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, Platform, Security, and other technical teams to enable high-impact solutions and accelerate product evolution through data and automation. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your key activities:** * Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring ingestion, transformation, cleansing, anonymization, and continuous data quality for models and products. * Structure and organize data from security tools, internal systems, and external integrations, applying best practices in modeling, cataloging, and governance. * Implement machine learning models—including classification, correlation, data enrichment, and LLM usage—with emphasis on performance, reproducibility, and reliability. * Build services and APIs to expose AI models to the product, ensuring seamless integration with engineering and platform squads. * Define and operate MLOps practices—including model versioning, monitoring, observability, performance re-evaluation, and automation of inference and training pipelines. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Platform squads to translate business requirements and technical challenges into practical, sustainable, data-driven solutions. * Implement data security mechanisms—including anonymization, masking, handling of sensitive information, and compliance with internal policies. * Evaluate and select relevant tools, architectures, frameworks, and technologies for data and AI—conducting proof-of-concepts and ensuring context-appropriate decisions. * Serve as a technical AI and data expert within the organization, providing support, guidance, and best practices to teams developing data-based solutions. * Identify opportunities for internal automation to improve team operational efficiency—implementing tools, scripts, automated workflows, and intelligent solutions that reduce rework, minimize repetitive tasks, and accelerate processes related to data, inference, and model maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or specialization in Data Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related technical areas is desirable but not mandatory. * Data Engineering: Proven experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data modeling, distributed processing, and integrating multiple data sources. * Machine Learning and AI: Advanced knowledge of supervised and unsupervised algorithms, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, model evaluation, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. * Data Architecture: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, data lakes, data warehouses, storage patterns, and distributed architecture. * MLOps: Experience with versioning, model monitoring, pipeline automation, and tools such as Airflow, Dagster, MLflow, DVC, or equivalents. * APIs and Integrations: Ability to develop services, endpoints, and integrations to expose models to the product, with understanding of microservices architecture. * Data Security and Governance: Solid knowledge of anonymization, masking, classification, secure access, and handling of sensitive data. * Desired Certifications: Certifications in Data Science, Data Engineering, MLOps, Cloud, or AI (Google, AWS, Azure, Databricks, etc.) are strong differentiators but not required. * Tools and Cloud: Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS), containers, CI/CD, and observability tools. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** At Redbelt Security, we believe everyone has the potential to play a key role in mutual growth.
