Are motivated by growth—not comfort zones. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Conduct **internal audits and investigations** related to headquarters, critical units, and the Whistleblower Channel. * Collect and **analyze contractual, financial, and operational data**, cross-referencing information across systems (CRM, Finance, etc.). * Map **indicators of deviations, non-conformities, and integrity risks**. * Structure **audit reports, investigative opinions, and action plans**. * Develop **integrity and risk dashboards and metrics**. * Support coordination in drafting **internal policies, due diligence processes, and special investigations**. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently pursuing a degree in **Law, Business Administration, Production Engineering**, or related fields. * **Investigative and analytical reasoning**, with logical and critical thinking skills. * Prior experience in **internal audit, compliance, or corporate investigations** is considered a plus. * Familiarity with **data analysis** (advanced Sheets, Power BI, Data Studio, or basic SQL) is a plus. * Ability to **write technical reports clearly and objectively**. * High level of **discretion and ethical awareness**.
