Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive professional to assist in the kitchen, preparing salads and desserts while ensuring organization. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in pastry is a valued advantage We are Mulligan Restaurant; at noon we serve a buffet-style lunch and accommodate a considerable number of lunch guests daily. We are looking for a professional whose main responsibilities will include: * Assisting chefs with menu pre-preparation; * Preparing salads; * Producing desserts; * Washing a large volume of dishes (pots, plates, cutlery, utensils); * Performing other duties related to good practices, cleanliness, and kitchen area organization; **Schedule:** 220 hours per month — 6 days on / 1 day off per week, plus one Sunday per month.
