




Job Summary: Responsible for managing attraction and selection processes for operational positions, including conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and directing candidates to training programs. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting internal and external talent attraction and selection processes 2. Conducting high-volume daily online and in-person interviews 3. Creating job postings and registering candidates, while monitoring training cohorts § Responsible for managing internal and external talent attraction and selection processes for operational positions at the BH sites; Conduct high-volume daily online and in-person interviews; Track and tabulate interviews in the system; Create job postings and register candidates in Jobs; Direct candidates to training cohorts, with follow-up and contact with absentees during the first four days; Develop and update profile books for customer service roles per operation; Other duties inherent to the position.
