Job Summary: Responsible for conducting attraction and selection processes for operational positions, including conducting interviews, managing interview tabulations, and directing candidates to training. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct internal and external talent attraction and selection processes 2. Conduct high-volume daily online and in-person interviews 3. Develop and update books containing customer service profiles § Responsible for conducting internal and external talent attraction and selection processes for operational positions at the BH sites; Conduct high-volume daily online and in-person interviews; Control and tabulate interviews in the system; Create job postings and register candidates in Jobs; Direct candidates to training sessions, with follow-up and contact with absentees during the first four days; Develop and update books containing customer service profiles for each operation; Other duties inherent to the position.
