Tracking Manager

Description

We are seeking a Tracking Manager to lead vehicle tracking operations, ensuring high operational performance, strategic team management, and continuous improvement of processes and technologies in the area. ### **Key responsibilities** * Manage tracking operations and their indicators (KPIs); * Lead direct and indirect teams, promoting development, ongoing monitoring, and feedback; * Plan and oversee daily operational routines; * Manage suppliers, partners, and service providers; * Handle procurement and approval of tracking equipment and assets; * Participate in the homologation, testing, and implementation of new tracking technologies; * Ensure achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets; * Prepare managerial reports and presentations for executive leadership/board; * Support vehicle recovery processes (theft and robbery); * Develop operational improvements, quality campaigns, and strategic projects; * Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions; * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and LGPD; * Support commercial and operations areas in new projects and implementations. ### **Technical requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum 5 years of experience in managing vehicle tracking operations; * Solid experience in people management, including on-site and remote teams; * Advanced knowledge of tracking technologies (GSM/GPRS, RF, Hybrid, Bait devices, LoRa, Sigfox); * Familiarity with tracking platforms and software; * Knowledge of telecommunications, billing, and platforms such as KORE and ALLCOM; * Experience in vehicle recovery and relationship management with recovery agents and security agencies; * Knowledge of logistics and transportation modes. **Preferred qualifications** ---------------- * Ongoing postgraduate studies, master’s, or doctoral program; * ITIL certification; * Experience with medium- or large-scale vehicle rental companies; * Experience managing large operational databases (\+50,000 items); * Experience in database migration; * Accounting and legal knowledge applicable to the sector; * Network of installers and recovery agents; * Experience in contract management and import operations. ### **Behavioral profile** * Leadership and team management; * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Proactivity and ownership mentality; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organization and results orientation; * Decision-making ability; * Adaptability and resilience; * Dynamic and initiative-driven profile.
