Document and Obligation Organization and Control · Release customer registration when necessary; · Record paid invoices in the system; · Issue bills; · Extend bill due dates; · Record returned checks; · Electronic authorizations; · Assist customers via WhatsApp or phone; · Monitor the company's financial commitments and ensure timely payments; · Record payments made in the Accounts Payable system; · Control all fixed contractual obligations of the company, such as rent, telephone, etc.; · Organize and send documents related to payments made to Accounting; · Maintain departmental document archives; · Fulfill requests from immediate supervisors within the scope of work.
