Job Summary: Work as a Commercial Assistant, handling customers, preparing proposals, negotiating, and supporting post-sales activities, ensuring organization and compliance with regulations. Post-sales support and problem resolution **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT POSITION** **Location:** Jardim Canadá, Nova Lima – MG **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customers contacting the company by phone, listening to their needs and clarifying details for commercial proposals; * Prepare proposals for customers, considering requested items, installation location, mobilization, assembly, coupling, commercial and technical conditions, and customer data; * Estimate freight costs for inclusion in proposals; * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms with customers; * Contact customers by phone after proposal submission to open negotiation channels; * Coordinate with factory management regarding product availability timelines; * Schedule delivery timelines with logistics; * Issue routing instructions for finalized proposals to the factory and logistics departments; * Register customers in the system; * Provide post-sales support, coordinating with the factory to resolve failures or difficulties encountered during product delivery; * Receive potential customer complaints, direct them appropriately, and support problem resolution; * Maintain a clean and organized workstation; * Comply with company-established conduct policies. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with ERP systems; * Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 **Benefits:** Coffee and lunch provided at the company, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher (R$ 350,00), Health Insurance (Unimed), Dental Insurance (Unimed), Attendance Bonus (R$ 500,00).
