Job Summary: A nursing professional to work in the CME, performing cleaning, load assembly, equipment handling, and empathetic service to internal customers. Key Highlights: 1. Work in the Central Material and Sterilization Department (CME) 2. Equipment handling and material control 3. Empathetic service to internal customers Perform activities described in standard operating procedures and departmental systemic procedures, thereby contributing to the smooth operation and development of the CME while delivering empathetic customer service; clean materials; process requisitions via the Tasy management system; attend meetings and evaluations; serve internal customers and proactively address their needs; operate equipment such as washers, thermal disinfectors, and autoclaves; manage replenishment of materials and/or linens for open units and intensive care units; assemble loads for sterilization; record events to support continuous process improvement. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education; Certificate of completion of a Nursing Assistant course with active registration at Coren MG; **Desirable Requirements:** Experience in this role within the CME department Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$1\.735,44 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Nursing (Preferred) License/Certification: * Coren (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
