Job Summary:
Support electrical maintenance of factory installations and components, ensuring safe operating conditions under the supervision of an electrician.

**Brief Description:**
Support maintenance of electrical installations and components across the entire factory area, ensuring normal and safe operating conditions, under training and evaluation by an Electrician.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Identify defects and perform corrective maintenance on electrical parts of machines with electrical systems, using measuring instruments, replacing and/or repairing damaged components to ensure normal operation.
* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance throughout company facilities.
* Review parts and equipment catalogs for procurement requests according to requirements.
* Clarify doubts with the supervisor and inform him/her about service progress and completion to optimize production flow.
* Accurately record activity progress per Leadership instructions.
* Maintain company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. Also ensure organization and cleanliness of the work environment, always leaving the workstation ready for the next day or subsequent shift.
* Know, apply, promote, and suggest norms and practices related to workplace safety and environmental preservation, participating in company-promoted programs, contributing to eliminating situations that may pose occupational accident risks or environmental degradation.
* Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) at the start of the shift and/or related training sessions, becoming fully aware of occupational risk aspects and conditions, proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), as well as learning about scheduled tasks for the day and/or week, aiming to prevent accidents and unsafe conditions.
* Guide new employees regarding area-specific activities, accompanying them and facilitating their understanding of correct equipment and/or tool operation within the department.
* Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the area of responsibility.
* Adhere to the company’s management system guidelines, performing activities in accordance with operational procedures. Continuously observe operational procedures and work instructions for the area, seeking support from Leadership whenever necessary for proper understanding. When identifying opportunities for improvement in activities, discuss them with Leadership to explore better ways of performing the job, thereby achieving desired results with quality and productivity.
* Inspect material quality and verify its suitability for use before initiating the production process, reporting any irregularities found to immediate Leadership.
