




Job Summary: Assist customers upon arrival and departure, providing humanized service and security, while monitoring and guiding movements within the facility. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle movement guidance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 12:45 PM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Assist customers upon arrival and departure, providing humanized service and security * Receive customers and perform service protocols; * Direct patients to the reception desk; * Provide patients with service queue numbers (where applicable); * Assist customers with special mobility needs entering the facility; * Verify entry and exit of materials, products, or equipment carried by people or vehicles; * Monitor entry and exit of service providers at the facility; * Observe movements inside and outside the facility, reporting anomalies and taking appropriate actions; * Guide car and ambulance movement within the facility premises, but do not perform maneuvers; * Perform clinic closing procedures together with the coordinator or the staff member responsible for the last appointment. **Requirements:*** MANDATORY * Education: Completed elementary school * Minimum 6 months of experience as a doorman. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Day Off, Transportation allowance
