Our team comprises pharmacists specialized in various fields, technicians, specialists, engineers, analysts, supervisors, IT professionals, commercial staff, logistics personnel, and procurement specialists — all united by a shared purpose: ensuring market access to hard-to-find medications. **So, if you believe you are an exceptional professional ready to make a difference in our national expansion and organizational development, join us!** **Mission**: Contribute to optimizing maintenance processes through data analysis and implementation of maintenance strategies aimed at reducing unplanned downtime and maximizing asset availability and reliability. **Education**: * Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields. * Preferred: currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields. **Skills**: * Affinity with technology * Communication * Organization * Proactivity * Teamwork * Willingness to learn **Responsibilities**: ● Support in developing maintenance plans (preventive, predictive) within the CMMS system based on the maintenance strategy adopted for each equipment; ● Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the maintenance schedule with the technical team and plant departments; ● Manage maintenance schedules of external suppliers; ● Develop and update dashboards with departmental maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Downtime, Backlog, Availability, and Reliability); ● Prepare and submit parts purchase requisitions to the Procurement Department via ERP and manage the department’s spare parts inventory; ● Support root cause analysis and action plans to mitigate failures. Requirements: ● Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite; ● Experience with CMMS and ERP systems (Fracttal and Protheus preferred); ● Experience in industrial maintenance; ● Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable; ● Knowledge of RCM, Failure Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram, 5S, Pareto, Lean Methodology. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance: BRL 23.00/day * Transportation Allowance / Fuel Subsidy * UsiSaúde Health Plan (no monthly fee, only co-payment) * Dental Plan (optional) * SESC Agreement * Araújo Pharmacy Agreement * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:48, Monday to Friday Work model: On-site / CLT Compensation: BRL 3,800.00 – BRL 4,120.00 per month Work location: On-site
