Job Summary:
Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring cargo shipments; managing shipments and transportation documents; monitoring performance indicators; and resolving incidents.

Main Responsibilities:
* Plan, schedule, and monitor cargo shipments according to orders and designated carriers;
* Perform daily shipment management, ensuring correct loading, verification, and release of documents/files;
* Issue, verify, and organize transportation documents (e.g., cargo manifests, waybills, etc.);
* Monitor carriers to ensure compliance with deadlines and operational procedures;
* Monitor performance indicators (e.g., delivery lead time, transportation costs, shipment performance);
* Address incidents such as delays, damages, and cargo discrepancies;
* Maintain up-to-date records in area systems and spreadsheets;
* Support inventory counts, audits, and other logistics routines;
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and transportation legislation.
Requirements:
* Completed high school education (technical or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable);
* Prior experience in transportation, dispatch, or logistics operations;
* Knowledge of transportation documentation;
* Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
* Basic understanding of transportation and freight legislation (preferred).
