Assist the Environmental Department in activities related to compliance with regulations and conditions, management of environmental liabilities, training and capacity building, and support technicians during visits to production and administrative areas for issuing technical reports. * Assist in developing and delivering theoretical and practical training sessions. * Assist in implementing environmental preservation campaigns. * Assist in preparing technical reports for compliance, area/equipment shutdowns, and reactivations. * Assist in environmental assessments for monitoring contamination risks. * Be responsible for the quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility. Accurately record progress of your activities as per leadership instructions. * Know, apply, promote, and suggest norms and practices aimed at environmental preservation, participating in company-sponsored programs and contributing to eliminating situations that may pose environmental risks or degradation. * Guide new employees on area-specific activities, accompany them, and facilitate understanding of proper waste disposal. * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to your field of activity. * Perform other duties as required by the department. * Issue Waste Transport Manifests (MTR), overseeing the process until completion. * Support internal audits by guiding departments toward environmental compliance in their processes and activities. * Monitor services performed and reports issued by suppliers, verify correct issuance of invoices, and ensure proper registration in the controller’s department.
