Orienting new employees and maintaining the workplace. **Job Mission** Responsible for verifying, archiving, returning, and discarding samples from the central archive and the reject archive, in accordance with company procedures. **Job Responsibilities** * Receive liquid (solutions) and solid (soil, rock, sediment, and drill core) samples, verifying them against the client's analytical request to ensure the integrity of received samples. * Perform archiving and disposal of samples from the central archive and the reject archive. * Comply with and enforce the Code of Ethics, ensuring adherence to clauses concerning ethical duties common to all employees. * Report to immediate leadership matters related to one's area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities while proposing solutions to support the definition of procedures and actions to be adopted. * Carry out activities in accordance with operational procedures, and stay updated on area procedures and processes to support continuous improvement. * Guide new employees regarding activities inherent to the area, accompanying them and facilitating their familiarity with equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal usage conditions, preserve occupational health and environmental aspects, and safeguard company assets by requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Participate in training sessions when summoned, dedicating oneself to achieving the desired work performance. * Perform related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Education Requirements** Completed elementary education.
