Participation in interview processes and partnership follow-up Working as an administrative assistant in the Labor Department. **Responsibilities and Duties** Document digitization and archiving; Document preparation and signature collection; Interviews and meetings of the Technical Classification Commission (CTC); Follow-up on demands from partner companies; Requests for authorizations from public authorities; Daily attendance list updates; Email responses and participation in meetings (when summoned); Verification of items and equipment in work workshops; Support and monitor partnership business plans; Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Perform various tasks according to departmental needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency preferred; Administrative experience required. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CLT employment contract GPA is a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
