As a **Contract Technical Assistant**, you will be responsible for controlling the receipt, storage, and organization of refractory materials at the customer site, recording all movements of these materials and other technical and administrative information. Important job details: Work location: Araçariguama/SP Working hours: Monday to Friday – Administrative Work modality: On-site Contract type: Permanent **Key responsibilities:** * Control the receipt, storage, and organization of refractory materials and mechanisms in customer areas and/or warehouses * Monitor and record all movements of refractories and mechanisms, entering into the system data related to material inflows and outflows, as well as other relevant information * Prepare consumption control spreadsheets for refractories * Supply equipment assembly areas with required refractory materials and mechanisms, making them available for transportation * Deliver to equipment assembly areas the list of materials per equipment * Collect material consumption records and consumption forecasts from equipment assembly areas * Conduct periodic inventories of refractory materials and mechanisms * Operate forklifts as needed * Prepare management reports * **Must reside near São Roque / Araçariguama (SP)** **Additionally, the following are essential:** * Education: Completed high school * Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Certification: Forklift Operator **Other requirements (desirable):** * Technical education in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgy * Experience with SAP system Professional experience in industry, preferably in materials and inventory management. * Salary and benefits align with market trends for companies of our size and sector, including health insurance, bonus, and meal card.
