**We are seeking talented individuals to work as Production Assistants in Vespasiano - MG.** **Responsibilities and duties:** **Assemble ceramic and steel components according to production instructions.** **Perform visual inspection of parts and report any non-conformities.** **Support production process stages as directed by the team leader.** **Maintain a safe and organized workplace.** **Keep the factory and work area clean and organized; perform other operational tasks.** **Carry out all support tasks necessary for coating application, vulcanization, and all other factory support activities.** **Perform tasks aimed at meeting established deadlines and targets.** **Identify and implement new procedures to improve quality.** **Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.** **Be available for travel to execute projects and works in other locations when required.** **Requirements and qualifications:** **Completed high school education.** **Reside in Vespasiano - MG or neighboring cities.** **Work location and schedule:** **Vespasiano - MG, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.** **Work mode: On-site.** **Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) contract.** **Fixed salary + benefits.** Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1,518.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
