




Job Summary: This professional will monitor and track delivery status and vehicle movement, provide support to drivers and customers, update systems, and generate performance reports. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time monitoring of delivery status and vehicle movement. 2. Ongoing support to drivers and resolution of route-related contingencies. 3. System updates and customer communication regarding delivery status. * Monitor delivery status in real time via tracking systems, GPS, or logistics platforms; * Track vehicle and cargo movement. * Maintain regular contact with drivers for route updates, contingency support, or rescheduling; * Provide assistance in cases of route deviations, delays, or on-route issues. * Update systems with pickup, delivery, and incident statuses; * Ensure all data is up-to-date for relevant departments. * Identify and record delivery failures (e.g., recipient absent, refusal, damage); * Notify responsible departments for prompt issue resolution. * Inform customers about delivery status or any changes to scheduled timelines; * Provide support for complaints or inquiries regarding orders. * Generate daily/weekly delivery performance reports; * Monitor KPIs such as on-time deliveries, average delivery time, and incidents.
