RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Receive, inspect, and store hospital supplies, medications, medical supplies, and equipment in accordance with internal standards. Manage material entry and exit records in the system and supporting spreadsheets. Pick, organize, and distribute materials to clinical and administrative departments within the hospital. Support inventory control by conducting counts, periodic stocktaking, and flagging replenishment needs. Ensure proper storage conditions for materials, respecting expiration dates, batch numbers, and storage requirements. Assist in verifying invoices and received orders. Support internal transportation of materials, equipment, and documents between departments. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse and logistics areas. Comply with biosafety, quality, occupational safety, and institutional protocols. Support the logistics team in operational departmental requests. Report discrepancies, damages, or irregularities identified in received or stored materials. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Required: Completed High School Education Desirable: Prior experience in this field will be an advantage.
