Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing technical drawings, interacting with production and customers, monitoring spreadsheets, approving projects, defining guidelines, and training team members, with a focus on engineering and supplier development. Approval and definition of engineering project guidelines **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Prepare technical drawings for projects; interact with production to update project parameters; Prepare, monitor, and update departmental spreadsheets; Contact customers and/or sales representatives (direct and indirect) to clarify technical questions; Prepare drawings for technical and commercial proposals and/or projects; Critically analyze budgets and projects. Approve projects generated by the Engineering team according to management-defined policies. Define guidelines and procedures for project development. Coordinate with the appropriate departments at headquarters and sister companies (Poland, United States, Canada); Conduct purchase order reviews. Develop the supplier chain (materials and services). Operate small- and medium-sized motor vehicles for technical visits throughout the national territory. Train department staff on best practices in project development. Select and qualify suppliers of materials and contracted services. Travel to other states for field data collection; OBS. Benefits: **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering. Experience in preparing 2D and 3D technical drawings exceeding 16 months.
