Handles order organization, picking, and verification, ensuring all items are correct, complete, and meet store standards. Monitors orders on platforms (e.g., iFood), manages deadlines, and prioritizes fast dispatch. Also responsible for communication with the internal team and, when necessary, with delivery personnel, ensuring orders are dispatched correctly and on time. Maintains organization in the shipping area, complies with internal procedures, and ensures quality in the end-customer experience.
