Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Verification Operator to validate and ensure the security of receivables advance operations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on verifying the legitimacy of invoices and fiscal notes 2. Identification of inconsistencies and fraud indicators 3. Support in preparing monthly reports Are you detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about the financial market? We have an opening for a **Verification Operator**! We seek someone attentive to details to validate and ensure the security of our receivables advance operations. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Verify the legitimacy of invoices and fiscal notes by contacting drawees (via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp). * Confirm cargo shipment and delivery. * Identify inconsistencies, indicators of fake invoices, pre\-billing, and duplications. * Update system records and monitor pending limits and confirmations. * Support the preparation of monthly reports on the shipment and delivery profile of assignors. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of fiscal documents (NF\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Familiarity with credit processes. * Experience with search and analysis tools is a plus. **Desired Profile:** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; • Agility and proactivity; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Organization and discipline for routine and portfolio management. **Additional Information:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Fixed salary: R$ 2\.200,00 \+ Transportation Allowance or Commuting Reimbursement \+ Meal Allowance \+ Health and Dental Insurance * Work location: São Luiz/Pampulha Neighborhood \- BH/MG If you are interested in this position or know someone who fits this profile, please send your resume to: **nmconsultoriaderhc@gmail.com** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Up to R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Knowledge of NF\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
