Job Summary: Ensure proper structuring, maintenance, and control of Service Orders (SO) in the RM ERP system, guaranteeing consistency among contracts, validity periods, and systemic execution. A leading company in engineering, project, and consulting services Job Description Ensure proper structuring, maintenance, and control of Service Orders (SO) in the RM ERP system, guaranteeing consistency among contracts, validity periods, recurrence, and systemic execution, with full traceability of information. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and configure Service Orders (SO) in the RM ERP system * Review SO for compliance with contract terms (scope, values, frequency) * Monitor contractual validity periods and service recurrence * Track deadlines and SO closures * Close SO ensuring traceable audit trails and appropriate documentation * Ensure consistency between physical contracts and the system (RM) * Support system adjustments according to contract management guidelines * Identify inconsistencies among execution, contracts, and system * Support the measurement team with system-based structured data Qualifications Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields ERP experience (preferably RM) Experience in administrative/contractual routines Company Description AFRY is a leading European engineering, project, and consulting services company with global reach.
